I believe that Community Web must not use Wall Street Venture Capital as the primary funding source. Wall Street Venture Capital is a company, which targets other companies who are in need of further funds to make their businesses grow. The main objective of the said company is to give business industry more opportunities to make their business take the lead in the competitive edge. On the other hand, Community Web is an internet service. It provides local Internet access to ,  and other surrounding areas. The company has been on the business since 1995. Venture capital investments are investments in equity of private firms with active participation by the fund managers in the management or oversight of the firms. The process of making one company as the primary funding source is a means of a small company to garner a more amount of resources in order for its business grows.  Furthermore, the amount given by the venture company also requires a lot of exchange in order to compensate what such venture company has been able to give to another company. Also, the occurrence of liquidation will happen and the reconstruction of the business structure of Community Web will likely occur because the company where the primary funding source came from may want to have a great return of its investment. On the other hand, the business in the field of technology, specifically with the internet has been soaring high. The rapid changes in the technology carry with it the ample amount that consumers necessitate access to the internet. This field of industry is not only a leading business in the market today but its products and services offered to the public is not vanishing but continuously gaining a position in the lead. Hence, the author cannot see any reason why Community Web must utilize Wall Street Venture Capital as the primary funding source. Looking at the arguments above-mentioned, the opportunity for Community Web to be successful in the field of Internet Service Providers is an highly evident. The amount of consumers’ reliance to the Internet is a part of the current situation in the present time hence the percentage of occurring failure on its business conduct will not transpire. The author believes that Community Web may allow Wall Street Venture Capital to invest on its company not to be a primary funding source but as one of its investors. By allowing the latter company to invest to the former company, the plans or other objectives of the former company that could be of help for its success will be realized. The steps to be taken by the former company must not be a way to deviate from its original objectives. The funds to be invested by the latter company will suffice to provide further marketing strategies to attract more consumers.
