THE IMPACT OFTRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT IN EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE


 


      Employees training and development will definitely add up to the quality of performance for the company, their ability and skills will be upgraded, they will boost their morality and be confident about their position, they will discover new opportunities and most of all training and development adds up to their personal growth, they will carry on the knowledge that they have gained through this series of training that makes employees worthy to the position. The company who trained their people will definitely expect a total growth and changes in their performance that may produce a positive effect to the company. All this are the epitome of training and development.


       Employees overall development is very important in their line of work to make them more efficient they will definitely become better that they will perform a higher output. They may aim for objectives that the company have set forth if they feel confident and knowledgeable about the job. If their skills are harnessed they may soon be the one to train new employees or they may be the role model within their peers. If all the most qualified employees are hired and trained they will definitely be a big factor in the overall performance of the company they represent.

A well trained employee knows exactly his jobs restriction all its phases that is why most company required a different position so that they are more than equipped after the training but will soon become the authority of it. The computer programmer will be the one responsible for the Information technology while the factory worker will be the one assigned to perform their daily production output and they can handle it efficiently.


      Group dynamics for camaraderie may be taken lightly but this is also important for employees to get along well, sometimes in their line of work employees do not get along or may not even notice each other, so thus they have not perform a sense of cooperation since everyday is just another day at work and all people may need to handle their own task. Group dynamics stresses the importance of teamwork.   


      Technical and efficiency training may also be involve this training may include updates of knowledge in technical skills example if they are using a specific machineries including computers or sewing machine etc. This kind of training requires experts of people that the company may consider. If may also include basic knowledge and use of several equipments and tools for example if their line of works is in the construction or repair shops that may require evaluation of technical skills.


      To be able to come up with the best training it is the Human Resource Management who held the position to take action and perform the most comprehensive approach towards training, they should be able to pass on to their employees the required skills accordingly. Especially from a newly establish industry, training is a must for this may become their foundation at work.


      The most dynamic companies have travelled around the world to hire the best employees and the best trainers that will boost their employee’s performance. Companies like JICA in Japan, Jarir Bookstore in Saudi, IBM in U.S. and many others may have even initiated a transfer of employees around the world to make sure that they can gather the best trained people and the best training system so that they are at ease that all their employees will perform in their line of work.
