  • The overarching aims of education underlie the construction of the curriculum.  Education, in the broader sense, aims to develop the individual, to enlarge a child’s knowledge, experience and imaginative understanding, and thus his awareness of moral values and capacity for enjoyment and also to enable the child to take his place in society. The need for Knowledge Management Model in Basic Education School is essential.

  • The development of Knowledge Management Model in Basic Education School has the aim to provide opportunities for all pupils to learn and achieve, to promote spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and to prepare pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.

  • With regards to the development of knowledge management in basic educations school, the importance of measuring the students’ perception because they usually participate in producing the service, thereby affecting the performance and quality of the final service. Since there is no concrete dimension to service quality, students may uphold nonexistent expectations. Therefore, expectations and perceptions must be measured for identification purposes.
