This paper aims on justifying the report through the use of PAIBOC principle which stands for Purpose, audiences, information benefits, objections, and context. For this report, the main purpose is to enable Greenpeace to be sustainable through networking and fund raising event. In addition, this paper also aims on proposing such kind of event to give opportunities for internal clients as well as community members to establish a network and also raising money for a cause. This report is done in order to enable the company achieve sustainability, not just for the benefit of the Greenpeace but also for the benefit of the entire environment and community.

Accordingly, sustainability is the accomplishment of missions or the achievement of the objectives to maintain competitive positions by considering the development of the community and satisfying and securing the economic state of life without endangering potential interests and destroying environment (Boiral & Sala, 1998). According to this report, the scope of organizations in the aspect of sustainability has its range from groups such as local and national government, private industries and also individuals. It is said that sustainability is perceived as the act of maintaining supplied to provide for future generations.

It requires an understanding that operating has consequences and that we must find inventive ways to change institutional structures and influence individual behavior. Merely it is about taking action, changing policy and practice at all levels, from the individual to the international (Abraham et al, 1997). So, it can be said that the purpose of this report is to provide Greenpeace an option to become more sustainable through fundraising with a cause.

This report is written for different audiences which include the Greenpeace Company, the community, and the entire government.  This report was chosen to provide Greenpeace an idea to consider sustainability.  The event would feature a concert which would consider known local artists and bands and will be held in a local stadium.  For this report, the audience also include the community, since they will be the one who will be more benefited in the sustainable development of the Greenpeace. On one hand, the government can also be considered as the audience for this report, because it will give the government some idea on how companies can maintain their sustainability. It can be said that Greenpeace is the major audience since the entire objective of the report is to help the organization in terms of achieving sustainability, in addition, this report also help the company know how they can be able to attain corporate social responsibility.

This report is written to provide information about sustainability and how an organization can achieve this. This report has been able to provide information not only for Greenpeace but also with the entire community and market on various ways on achieving sustainability. Herein, the report focuses on strengthening the network of Greenpeace and also conduct fundraising event for a cause.  Through this, the paper provides insightful details for different companies to consider this approach in attaining sustainability.  This report provides information about the context of sustainability and also defines the aspect of corporate social responsibility.

Accordingly corporate social responsibility can be defined as the duty of organizations to conduct their business in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and promotes human welfare (Farmer & Hogue, 1985). While the level of social responsibility exhibited by multinational corporations is said to be improving, perfection has hardly been attained. Governments and people around the world seem to have an increasing interest in scrutinizing the actions of global corporations, in effect forcing companies to be good corporate citizens. In this regard, the report perceived that through networking and fundraising event for a cause, Greenpeace are able the entire organization to become socially responsible organization.

This report provides different benefits for the entire community as well as Greenpeace. One of these, is it enables the readers to be aware of sustainability and the ways on how companies and organizations can achieved this. In addition, another benefit of this report is it enables the community to know the responsibility of the organizations for the entire community and how these can be attained.  The role of organization in the community as well as the environment is very important.

In this respect, it is illustrated that different companies have their ways on showing level of dedication to being perceived as socially responsible. The report is also written to attest that organizations principles, processes, and method to express that they are responsibly committed, and in this case, this is done through the fund raising event.

It can be noted that people expect firms not only to perform the traditional function of providing goods and services to all citizens who are willing to pay for them, but also to help society solve its problems and protect the community and the entire environment. If these things are generally seen as desirable, and the firm does them, then it is socially responsible. If the firm does not, then some people may feel it is irresponsible.

Moreover, the benefit of this report is it enables the public to be part of attaining sustainability. Incorporating and promoting through networking and fundraising events like this increased public participation in dealing with plans and projects toward progress and development illustrates an efficient and effective measure to achieve more possible success of economic and social growth. Since the public is the foremost concern of every institutional and national improvement, it is very logical that public consultation will be highly incorporated as inputs to come up with sound policies that will reflect the preferences and general welfare of the society. Public participation will ensure developments that are in synch with the needs of the society and at the same time increase the likelihood of long-term and continuous growth for the whole society ()

In the entire report, it ca be said that there is no objection and opposition since the only goal of this report is to open the minds of the people managing Greenpeace to attain sustainability through networking and fundraising events.  Herein, the written report is able to provide its purpose, objective, and means and ways to help Greenpeace achieve this organizational to become socially responsible at all time.

The background or context of this paper relies on the aspect of sustainability and eventually corporate responsibility.  In this report, the entire context lies on the idea that to achieve sustainability, an organization must not leave behind the aspect of social responsibility which can be achieved in various methods like fundraising events and networking.

The report is important since it enables the reader to understand sustainability and socially responsible. It is no doubt that sustainability along with social responsibility has to play a great role in today’s business world. It may either contribute to efficiency, effectiveness, success, or failure. What is important is that we are becoming more aware each day. No doubt that in this era, sustainable development becomes every business’ obligation. Hence, addressing real environmental and other community issues is not yet late through the use of the new technological innovations that serve the interest of sustainable development as companies at present are continuously equipped with ways to adhere to corporate, social, and environmental responsibilities.

By and large, it can be concluded that this written report is essential for the company itself and for the entire community.  This report has been able to provide valuable information and through this report, it enables the company to be aware of their responsibilities and ways on how they can achieved sustainability.
