IDEOLOGICAL REFLECTION OF MENTALLY DISORDERED PATIENT
1.) According to studies and the data, the epidemiology of cannabis or marijuana are cause by genetic and highly influenced by peer and psychological needs to escape from anxiety, withdrawal and hopelessness that is brought about by family and relationship struggle, it may also come from school and job related issues. 3.) Nursing intervention from a patient who is at risk from respiratory tract infection would require a series of test and physical assessment together with the doctor they would also plan to describe the condition of the patient in relation to its mental health so that the possibility of non cooperation of the patient will be eliminated, if they found out that the patient is at risk then the medical professionals for respiratory tract will be the one to take care of the patient condition. Patients at risk with lung cancer will be investigated if she feels restless and change the level of consciousness, Check lungs for air movement and abnormal breathing.
6.) Nursing intervention from mentally ill patients would include the following: 1. Therapeutic relationship would require nurses to be supportive to establish rapport and personal relationship with patients who hardly need it. 2. Understanding and empathy- so as to replenish a psychological balance between patient and nurses, if a patient feels that she is important then she is more likely to be cooperative. 3. Individuality- Nurse must learn to get to know the personality behavior of the patient from others so as to give her an individual attention and care she needs. 4. Support – Nurses must provide support to patient when she needs it not just physical but emotional and spiritual support combine is a powerful tools that the patient with mental anxiety needs. 5. Being available- If the patient knew that there is someone ready to help and ready to listen she may feel important and her self- worth will be replenished. 6. Being genuine – there is nothing like a genuine concern and love pure and true that the patient will understand your word and your action and she will respond 7. Promoting equality – by promoting involvement that she is not different with the nurse will promote equality and therefore trust in all your aspect of dealings 8. Respect- gives the patient worthy feelings 9. Demonstrating boundaries and awareness – associate perceptive limitation to the patient so as not to exhibit overly gesture of over confidence and as a nurse do not go beyond cure or physical contact by demonstrating a self controlled manner.
