Kyoto Protocol
While the Kyoto Protocol to establish a group that will fight the emergence of global warming, the effect of the withdrawal of President Bush adds burden in a finding a solution. The withdrawal of President Bush to the Kyoto Protocol benefits those countries in the Middle East in relation to their businesses. While Kyoto Protocol is an effective agreement to fight off the global warming, the effect of the withdrawal of President Bush is considered as a reason for the plan to fail. The effect of President Bush’ withdrawal is the reason for other members of the agreement to perceive less as to the importance of such to environmental laws.
