Decision Matrix Example:   

 

A decision matrix is a tool whereby options (solutions) are measured against predetermined criteria.  It is simply a table where the columns are the criteria and the rows are the options.  For example, the decision matrix below shows that we have 4 potential options to resolve our problem and we want to measure them against 4 different criteria.
