This shows weak employee preferences if they have not shown or looked for personal employee rather than quality. Give the employee what they deserve which is more than salary but opportunity and encouragement to develop their personality that can carry through not just on the job but in themselves to develop their innermost potentials.


      Be a leader in your organization in good times and bad times. Become the role model that will strengthen workers individually let them know that your company can overcome such hindrances whatever it may bring as long as you learn to believe in yourself and your principles. You can stand out.
