HSBC bank recruitment and selection process and comparison between UK and Bangladesh, what is the underpinning reason for differences

At the time of writing this essay, the London Career site for HSBC was not functioning.  The HSBC Bangladesh site posted the job vacancies; however, the recruitment process was not outlined.  Since the HSBC offices are run either by area or geographically, their websites are country-specific.  Nevertheless, since Human Resources are in charge of recruitment there exists a general guideline on hiring which all the HSBC HR Offices must adhere to.
