Introduction
I am currently studying Bachelor of Science in Economics under an undergraduate course. I am in my freshman year and had already finished my first semester as a college student. This progress report will cover August 27 to November 29, 2006 which basically fill-up the semester for Fall 2006. The scholarship working project is doing well especially that the school has provided interesting curriculum-related activities. With this, the motivation of the recipient increases to the benefit of completing the terms of the project.
Work Completed
The recipient is motivated in pursuing his chosen course and this is reflected with his performance of completing twenty-one (21) credits during the Fall 2006. If continued, this credit-level per semester will complete the bachelor degree at the average expected period. Below is the first phase of the implementation state of the project stating its expected and actual results. During this phase, the recipient had used one third of the investments costing ,492.67 (,478/ 3 semesters). The initial financial aid of ,000 from the sponsor has a remaining ,507.33 in the bank which is not yet withdrawn as the recipient would want to secure Spring 2007 tuition and other fees. Back on the table below, the actual results with asterisks suggest that the recipient receives recognition (e.g. leadership positions in group tasks, highest in student scores in exams, etc.). For the next semester, the recipient intends to enroll 21 credits again to align in our targeted project early finish date. The subjects that will be included in the next semester (Spring 2006) requires prerequisite from the earlier semester. Since the recipients grades meet the passing marks (see document), the intended 21 credits is very possible.

Problems
Based on this, the recipients remaining money in the bank is not enough to enroll the full 21 credits which require additional 85.34 deposit from the sponsor. The recipient is doing his best to meet the requirements of the course and pay the cost of books, transportation during field activities and computer rentals for research through part-time work in a convenient store. The recipient has seven siblings and the income of his parents is not sufficient to accumulate a large amount of investment in one-time payment. Even if he is already earning, it will serve as an emergency money as well as school budget for several expenses.
