Specific Investment Guidelines

 

The Specific Investment Guidelines for this class of investment, supplementary to the General Investment Guidelines given above, are as follows:

 

1.         The Company will mainly invest in real estate in Bahrain and the GCC, and may do so either directly in land and properties, or indirectly through real estate companies and funds.

 

2.         The Company will only make direct investments in Europe and the USA in income-producing properties that are over 80% let on long leases to tenants with good covenants. The Company may make indirect investments through third party managed vehicles.
