The Zone Development team is expecting the participation of companies to achieve their maximum potentials of their workers in delivering world class products and infrastructure services to provide real solution in the needs of local and Foreign Service investors. According to Bheki Sibiya the former president of the Black Management Forum and the newly appointed chairman of Eastern Cape Development Corporation that their projects is a long term investment that would take about 30 to 40 years of development he encourage employees to participate diligently in their new found skills so that someday they will be the future leaders or owner of their own company but if they want to grow they need to invest in the skills development pillars.
