European cultures tend to be less uptight than ours is, so it should come as no surprise that massages on the other side of the Atlantic venture farther south than they do here. But there’s a reason for it. You can get therapeutic benefits from loosening up your hop flexors (where the front of your upper thighs meet the hips). “Most people’s hip flexors lose flexibility from sitting for long periods,” says Caroline Rushworth, spa educator for Sothys Paris Spa in New York. To turn your man’s joints into jelly like they do in France, rub massage oil between your palms, then gently knead his hip flexors in a clockwise circular motion, creating friction and warmth. Once his muscles feel more pliable, increase the pressure, and trace small circles toward the extrasensitive groin area. After he’s been moaning in pleasure for a while, switch places so he can do you.
