Goals :
1 – Design a Network Model for CampNet (3 pages max.) [25%]
Design a network topology to satisfy the outline specifications. Provide details of your design, that is, the bandwidths and protocols selected and the reasons behind any additional features. Estimate the cost of implementing your design using current component prices.
2 – Simulate the CampNet Model (3 pages max.) [25%]
Simulate the performance of your design. Describe the test scheme adopted for your design and illustrate it using suitable screenshots.
3 – Analyse the performance of the CampNet Model (3 pages max.) [25%]
Explore the network parameter settings necessary to ensure that no packets are lost during the video transmission. Report on the best settings required for your design and investigate how those results can be displayed using graph plotting routines.
4 – Written Report Quality [25%]
This will primarily assess the use of References/Reference Material throughout the report as well as the use of graphics.
