The building and construction industry is one of the hardest job of men and it requires expertise, physical and mental strength and ability to stay focus in their work. That is why the motivation of individual workers especially in the actual construction work site would definitely be high. Work hazards and risk is definitely high in construction sites their health is also at stake if they do not comply with such rules and regulations and the most dangerous incidents can happen. The building company and their contractors should exercise and implement all the necessary method to keep their employees highly motivated so that health hazard and dangers are eliminated.

The workers performance is also highly needed to be analyzed and controlled. The employee’s should understand their performance their objectives and quotas should be highly inculcated in their minds so as to keep them in line with their works; they should be the primary key in construction rather than the constraint. Employees may be tired, sleepy, drunk or fraudulent in their schedules the managers and supervisors should be easily visible for these people.
If they have continued to practice such attitude a disciplinary action should be considered, this should not be tolerated at all in the workplace. Absenteeism or tardiness, late, improver uniform, insubordination etc. their character in following certain rules and regulation simply recognized their worth.
